WHAT IS ZIP PAY

Zip Pay is a simple interest free payment method, essentially a digital wallet provided by Zip Co, it allows you to buy now and pay later with interest free, flexible payments.

HOW DOES ZIP PAY WORK

Once you apply online for your Zip Pay account, and are approved, you can access up to $1000 and shop immediately. Wide Bay Batteries accepts Zip Pay through our EFTPOS terminals so you order the batteries you need and we come to you. We only require your 6 digit in-store code to process your Zip payment - easy!

ELIGIBILITY

Some conditions apply to be eligible for a Zip Pay account. Must haves include:
- Australian citizen or permanent resident
- 18 years or older
- Employed in some capacity
- Never been declared bankrupt

- Avoidable and low fees - $6 monthly fees apply at the end of the following month from purchase date. Avoiding this is easy by making your payments and completely pay back before this date. A late fee of $5 applies if you do not make your minimum repayment within 21 days of the due date.

Today I had a client in Gympie who thought they had a battery issue, Errol was on his way to Tin Can Bay and turned around to help the stranded person, turned out the person didn't have a foot on the brake when trying to start the vehicle, Un flattered, Errol said all in a day's work. Sorry I couldn't give you 10 stars

Grant has been extremely helpful in every part of my purchase. Initially I requested for a particular battery that was unavailable though Grant went out of his way to attempt to source one. With all his effort he was still unable to source it so offered me a better, more expensive battery at the same price! You could not ask for better service. Turned out cheaper than road assist club we are members of, service was priced well and arrival time was good. Technician called 5 minutes before arrival to let us know and called again 1 hour after our battery service. This service level suprised us and was refreshing, will use again without a doubt in 3 or 4 years when its battery replacement time again!!

My battery died on a Sunday evening and no one but these guys answered. The price was affordable , even more so considering it was Sunday night, got to me just under 30 mins and now I'm set with a new car battery. Thanks to the service person for a speedy professional service. I would highly recommend Wide Bay Battery service to anyone stuck with battery problems.
